This site collects as little as it can get away with. Here is the whole of it, in plain language.

No cookies. No analytics. No third-party trackers. The only thing we ever receive is what you type into the brief form.
This notice covers avolship-it-web.vercel.app and enquiries sent through it. Avolship IT Center is the data controller. Questions go to contact@avolship.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the brief form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, and the description of your problem. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.
Why we hold it
To answer you. If the conversation turns into an engagement, the same details move into our normal client records under the contract we sign.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract after that.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our own inbox and read by the partners. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not share the contents of an enquiry outside the firm.
Where it goes
Our consultants are based in Morocco, France, Spain, Belgium and China. If your enquiry suits a practice led from outside Morocco, the partner reading it may be outside Morocco too, so treat a brief sent here as one that may be read in any of those countries.
Transfers to China in particular sit outside the EU adequacy regime, and we rely on contractual safeguards with every consultant on the bench.
If you would rather your enquiry stayed inside one jurisdiction, say so in the brief and we will handle it that way.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: 24 months, then deleted.
- Engagement records: as long as the contract and Moroccan tax and accounting law require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@avolship.com and we will respond within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
If you are in Morocco you may complain to the CNDP. If you are in the EU, to your national supervisory authority.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will date the change at the top of this page. We do not have a mailing list to notify.
